Rebecca has been with the firm as an instructor since 2007. Becky’s experience as a frontline insurance professional has given her the Customer Service Representative (CSR) background to give a frontline vision to aspects of insurance servicing. She currently works with high level training for US Bank in the area of Leadership development.
