This course will review current problems in the area of claims. Agents play a role in services our customers receive when a loss occurs. Agents can also play a role in bringing price competition back into the how much is paid out. All of this should have no bearing on the quality of the repair. Agents will come away with ideas, examples and stories they can use to educate their customers as to why it is in the insured’s best interest to get competitive bids for repairs. This course is approved for 4 CE credits.
