Sell problems you solve, not products you have

Insurance is for times when a problem occurs. As an agent, do not skip the first task when setting up coverage.

“What is the problem we are trying to solve.”
Ask questions about claims that concern your customer, this helps them remember why they are buying coverage in the first place.

  • Weather claims
  • Funds for the family should the unthinkable happen
